About a young man named Kabayan
But before to tell my story, I want to introduce my self
My name is William carlos nadeak . I’m from SMP NEGERI 1 RONGGUR NIHUTA

Kabayan lived with his mom, Ambu . in a small village , kabayan was lazy but very clever
One morning in the village, Ambu called kabayan.
Ambu: Kabayan wake up! The sun is already up!
Kabayan: ah mom…. The sun just woke up, so I will wake up to . hehe!
Ambu: oh kabayan, if you are always lazy when will you succeed ?
Kabayan: relax mom, hard workers are not always happy, but happy people always eat well!
One day, Ambu asked kabayan to plant rice in the field. But kabayan had down “unique” way.
Ambu : kabayan plant the rice properly
Kabayan : okey mom ! I will make the rice plant happy!
But kabayan plant the rice upside down.
Ambu shoked: kabayan ! why are they upside down?
Kabayan : so they grow faster, mom! The roots need sunlight!
Ambu slapped her forhead and laughed because she couldn’t say anything else.
In the next day when he was sitting under the tree. Kabayan met a pretty girl named Nyi Iteung,the daughter of a rich man, juragan.
Iteung : hi kabayan ! what are you dooing here?
Kabayan: I’m looking for my lost love….. oh wait, I found it.
Iteung smiles shyly.
But juragan don’t agree. He thought kabayan was lazy and poor.
Juragan : if you mary want to mary my daughter, cut down a big tree and bring it home your self!
Kabayan said bravely: alright sir! But if I succeed . don’t forget your promise.
The clever kabayan whet to the forest .
He cut the big tree into small piece and carried them bit by bit to juragan’s house.
Juragan surprised : kabayan I said one big tree, not small pieces.
Kabayan : but sir, these all come from one big tree! You said one tree, not one load.
Iteung laughs , and juragan can’t argue .
Seeing kabayan’s cleverness and sincetify, juragan finally gave in.
Juragan: alright kabayan , you may mary my daughter but don’t be lazy again!
Kabayan : thanks sir, I imght be lazy to work, but I will never be lazy to love Iteung .
And so kabayan and iteung lived simply and happily.
Moral valeu of my story is:
“we learn that cleverness and kindness are more valuable than wealth.
